Manufacturing of the products at Mefar İlaç Sanayii A.Ş.‘s production facility within the scope specified in the production site permit issued by the Turkish Republic Ministry of Health, in accordance with the methods and specifications in the product’s registration license; complying exactly with the distribution of responsibilities specified in the bilateral quality agreement signed with the customer companies; in this direction, ensuring that customer expectations are fulfilled; ensuring and monitoring production under national and international cGMP guidelines are part of the principles of reliability.

Mefar İlaç Sanayii A.Ş. manufactures products according to the cGMP guidelines, determined quality standards, and product registration licenses.

• Compatibility to annual internal audit plan,
• Action off-limit results in environmental controls,
• The ratio of Mefar sourced customer complaints to the number of batches produced during the year,
• Compatibility with supplier annual audit plan,
• The ratio of the number of the batches rejected due to Mefar to the number of produced batches,
• Performing of management review meetings periodically,
• Ratio of electrical and mechanical breakdown time to the total equipment working hour
