1. All of our products are manufactured in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) rules and quality. To this end;
   • current rules and technology are pursued
   • the necessary measures are taken to ensure continuous improvement and development
   • customers' expectations are met at a maximum level
   • the end-user is enabled to use our products in a fully secure manner
2. In accordance with this policy, the senior management of the company completely fulfills the requirements of the quality management system and commits to increase its efficiency continuously.
3. In order to fulfill this commitment, the management sets new targets for all processes every year and evaluates those targets periodically.
4. The senior management of the company:
   • acts with transparency, equity and integrity in all of its relations with suppliers, customers and employees
   • enables a democratic atmosphere to flourish in the company
   • prioritises the interests of the society and the protection of nature in all kind of work carried out
   • trains and develops its personnel on a continuous basis. Considers labor health and security of utmost importance

Environmental and Occupational Safety Policy

Mefar İlaç Sanayii A.Ş., while producing and packaging pharmaceutical products of injectable ampoules, vials and BFS, in every environment and condition for the sustainable and improvable future with its expert personnel commits to;

1. Fulfilling the requirements of statutory, regulatory, bylaw and others concerning environmental, occupational health and safety
2. Taking the necessary actions to prevent negative environmental effects and pollution at their resource
3. Continuously decreasing usage of natural resources to ensure keeping the pollution of air, soil and water at the lowest level
4. Ensuring to maintain appropriate work environment for preventing job releated injuries and health impairments and also carry out all actions at the minimum risk level
5. Ensuring the required resources for continuous improvement and effective implementation of the environmental, occupational health and safety mangement system are supplied.

For fulfilling these commitments, the management sets targets and evaluates those targets periodically.

To achieve those specified targets, the company

• Sets required monitoring and improvement program
• Ensures participation of its employees by increasing their knowledge and awarness in respect of environment, occupational health and safety measures
• Uses current technological methods
